Do I need to open an account in order to shop?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by creating an account with us, you can save your details for faster checkout in the future. Additionally, when you create an account, a wallet will automatically be set up for you, allowing you to receive store credits and make purchases directly through it.

How do I create an account?
Click on “Login/Register” and then select ‘Create An Account’. Fill in your personal information to set up your account.
How do I order?
Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout. Please ensure that all information, including delivery address and payment method, is correct before confirming your order.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Enter your voucher code in the “Voucher Code” field on your shopping cart page and click “Add” before proceeding to checkout.
Please note: we cannot apply voucher codes manually if you missed entering them at checkout. Always double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your order has been received. Orders will only be shipped once your payment is approved and billing/delivery details are verified.
If you have an account, you can also track your order status in “My Account”.
I have problems adding items to my shopping cart. What should I do?
Items can only be added if available. Occasionally, items may be in another customer’s cart, in which case the status will show as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
